美国电视艺术与科学学院7月19日凌晨宣布了第59届美国电视艾美奖提名名单。《黑道家族》不负众望获得15项提名，但整个提名揭晓中最大的黑马却是独得17项提名的电视电影《Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee》。
